Who we are

IV magazine is an independent visual magazine operated by Nicole Meyer. You can reach us at Nicole.meyer.office@gmail.com.

What we collect

This website does not require an account and does not ask you for personal data to browse it. We only receive personal data when you choose to send it to us — for example when you email us a submission or contact us on Instagram. In that case we process your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.

Hosting and technical data

The site is hosted by our hosting provider, which may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to serve the site securely and reliably.

Embedded content

Video sections embed players from YouTube (Google). When a video loads, YouTube may set cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy. We also load fonts from Google Fonts. We do not control how those services process your data.

How we use your data

We use the information you send us solely to reply to you, review submissions and discuss possible collaborations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Retention

Emails and submissions are kept only as long as needed for the correspondence or the related project, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you have sent us, or to stop contacting you. Write to Nicole.meyer.office@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
